The Blue Ocean Credit Opportunity was born out of what we perceived as a need in the marketplace for verified, accredited individuals and small investment groups to provide capital that would generate an ‘above market,’ and pre-determined return on investment.
The offering is a debt participation program which provides an annualized fixed return on capital of 10% cash-on-cash – paid monthly. Investors have the flexibility to withdraw their capital on three-months’ advance notice. In addition to the overall return on capital and investment term flexibility, the debt participation carries the personal guaranty of the President and Founder of Blue Ocean, Jonathan Ehrenfeld.
