I want to say that I was highly disappointed with my apartment not being ready by the date I
specifically said that I had to move in. However, Daryl was very apologetic and told me that my
apartment would be ready within 3 days and it was ready. I had a few issues when I moved in,
however Daryl ensured that it was addressed and fixed in a timely manner.
I had to get a new stove and Daryl called me but when he could not reach me he came to my door
to inform me that my new stove was coming. The fact that he came to my door and knocked
before they came was such a great courtesy.
I have lived in the Hanover Apartments for the last 2 years. I was new to the area and stayed at the hotel nearby. When I came to look at the units I met Talisa Drain and she was so friendly and warm that she made my whole experience seamless. I did not look at any other complexes due to her professionalism and inviting manner. As Blue Ocean took over it has been a tremendous difference. I’m glad the office staff remained however now with Blue Ocean the maintenance staff and caring of the complex is a much better place. I have referred a resident to move here and tell everyone I know looking for a place to consider the Hanover.
What Can I Say – “Home Sweet Home !!!”
The Falls At Roland Park is my 4th address in my life of 57 years and I chose it deliberately because I was looking for many years or residency here. I’m approaching 5 years of living here and I was one of the first get a renovated apartment when it was managed by Harbor Group. I was very impressed and put a deposit down at the initial viewing. Now that there’s a new management company, Blue Ocean, I am even more impressed. I thought my apartment home was most updated, but they have bought in designers where the new renovations are clean, chic and cutting edge that rival brand new buildings going up in the area – taking into consideration that Belvedere Towers prestige has been around for quite some time. Until the final final renovations are completed, I too have experienced the growing pains that are necessary for the end results. Sure I’ve heard the hammers banging, large trucks blocking me in, bulk hauling of old appliances to make room for the new sparkling stainless steel ones and albeit to most unsettling. To me these are signs of how a management company is taking action toward being concerned that its residents have the updated and a refreshed living experience. From beautifully appointed common area decor, resident-residing hallways, to widening the complimentary parking lot spaces, and having community events to mingle with our neighbors has ranked Blue Ocean as progressive and relating. Enough of the cosmetics, allow me to address the staff. The growing pains of staffing The Falls At Roland Park could not have been an easy task and I’ve seen a couple come and go. But now I think the oil is mixing with the vinegar. The Front Office Property Manager & Assistant Manager are the most compassionate the professional members (and funny as heck too) that get the job done regardless of how they are pulled in the many different directions during this massive renovation. And not to mention the Maintenance & Custodial Staff – these guys/gals I don’t think get too much of a break because you consistently see them doing their duties as well as being the liaisons between construction crews and keeping us the residents happy with our comings and goings. So with that being said – when I come home to my spacious apartment home and take pride in the Lobby I walk into, pull my packages from the automated Parcel system, being greeted with an hello from the staff and up until I turn my key to walk into what I call “Home.” I’m so happy to be here !!!
I’ve lived in apartments from Elliott City to Canton, from Catonsville to Roland Park and I’ve finally found a place that feels like home. The Falls at Roland Park (formerly Belvedere Towers) has a variety of unit options but I really like my one bedroom apartment. It’s the first apartment I’ve lived in that is almost too quiet (walls must be well insulated) and I was surprised to find so much storage space. Every member of management and maintenance I’ve met have been super friendly and attentive … how many area places can claim that? I really like the fact that management are always making improvements to make the entire building modern, stylish and clean. I’m proud to have family and friends visit and they all seem to love the place. Lots of safe, well-lit parking spaces day and night. The Falls has a gym, a little restaurant and a seasonal pool (which I’ll never visit but I’m told it’s nice). I have a cool little patio with amazing views of the city (I’m on the 9th floor and can see for miles). In short, I can positively recommend The Falls and urge people to check it out for themselves. I plan to stay.
I have rented an office at one of Blue Ocean’s managed properties for about 5 years now and I enjoy the service and the accommodations so much that I actually have rented multiple offices from them. If you are looking for a place to stay or an office for rent I would definitely recommend this to be the first and last stop.
I’ve lived at Belvedere Towers (now The Falls at Roland Park) for 10.5 years and our current team is the best we’ve had since I moved in. Kristen and Margie (and the maintenance team, headed by Daron) are fantastic. They treat every resident like the number one priority and I know any concerns I have will be addressed quickly. For example, a pipe burst around 10pm on a Friday. Daron and Daron were here within ten minutes and had the problem fixed. Drywall and paint were done within two weeks (it was a major problem on multiple floors, which is the only reason it took so long).
Kristen and her staff go out of their way to make this a nice place to live. I love the happy hours they throw! I could not be happier here. The renovations are also making everything look so much better.
I wanted to share my great experience with Jessica Fuller and Irina Bederak. My grandmother rents apartments at the 5th floor at Knightsbridge on 5906 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. This ladies provide exceptional service, they are extremely friendly and always willing to assist my grandmother in her needs. Needless to say that people in age, like my grandmother, often require more attention and patience. I have to admit that the management of the Knightsbridge apartments has exceptional patience to their clients! Me and my family are greatly appreciate the service of Jessica Fuller and Irina Bederak.
The new Property Manager, Kristen is really great; with Kristen, a promise made is a promise kept! The building has been re-born. Really, the apartments have been stripped and redone as fast as they become available and they are beautiful! New fixtures, appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, cable hook-ups, interior doors and closets and all new wiring with lots of outlets. The hallways have been plastered and painted. There is new lighting and new carpet. Renovations downstairs in the lobby, offices and mailroom are all nearing completion, as is the new fitness center with totally new treadmills, stationary bikes and a bunch of other pieces I don’t even know how to use!
Exterior lights and landscaping give the building a classy look at night. The pool and pool house have been renovated as well. I’m looking forward to moving into one of the newly renovated apartments as soon as the model I want becomes available.
Would I recommend this property to prospective renters? Without reservation. Look at the renovations, the nearby neighborhoods and schools and I-83 access. It’s all pretty impressive. I’m heard this was “the” place to rent in the 1960’s when it first opened. Well it is again as far as I’m concerned.
Our family lives in Knightsbridge Apartment building for about 17 years and we want to say that in the last years under the management of Ms.Jessica Fuller and Ms. Irina Bedarak the оrder and regularity in our building became much better. The main lobby and all hallways and stairways were remodeled, balconies were cleaned from extrinsic and unauthorized items, old toilets were changed in bathrooms. All our problems are resolved very promptly and effectively.
I would like to express my gratitude for being one of your residents at the above address. Searching for a new home can be stressful. I was searching for a new home near my workplace and I found The Hanover Apartments online, the most important thing that I love about The Hanover Apartments is the welcoming attitudes that your staff member greeted me with. Shaundria, TaLisa and Glen all made me feel less stressful, relaxed, content and understood me. Once I received a call stating I was approved I had tears in my eyes full of peace, joy, and gratefulness. I also loved that your community offers beautiful two bedroom apartments, including exceptional floorplans, elegantly designed to add comfort to my lifestyle! My new apartment features bright and open living areas fully-equipped kitchens, and a washer/dryer in my unit, fitness center and pool, quiet and peaceful community and very beautiful landscaping. The maintenance staff is always on point and service with a smile. I am finding out The Hanover Apartments has many amenities to make sure I enjoy my time here with you!
