BALTIMORE, MD (April 15, 2016) — Blue Ocean’s rapidly growing portfolio has prompted the company to search for experienced and highly skilled professionals for additional support to its current infrastructure as well as its planned future growth. The Blue Ocean portfolio has grown significantly over the past several years, and is expected to continue expanding in the near future. As a result of the organization’s growth, three key roles were created and filled by individuals who share Blue Ocean’s passion to provide great service and value to residents, commercial tenants, partners, and employees. The recently filled positions were Director of Business Development, Senior Commercial Controller and Regional Manager.

Justin Noe was the choice for the Director of Business Development position. Justin’s primary role will be to grow the ‘third-party’ management portfolio. His previous experience in redeveloping troubled assets aligns well with Blue Ocean’s commitment to creating “A Better Place for You.” Justin says, “I’m excited to work on leveraging our expansive and mature infrastructure for the benefit of other owners who have yet to find a consistently performing management solution for their assets. I am also looking forward to bringing creative ideas to increase revenue streams for the benefit of our team and partners.”

Jason Elover came aboard as the Senior Commercial Controller. Jason brings over 15 years of progressive commercial real estate finance experience with large, publicly traded companies, as well as experience in third party management. Jason spent most of his real estate career as a manager in the finance arm of General Growth Properties. He is looking forward to making a big impact at Blue Ocean along multiple fronts.

Cindy Brinegar was hired for the role of Regional Property Manager and charged with the oversight of over 1,100 apartments among 7 different communities in Blue Ocean’s current multifamily portfolio. Cindy’s experience of over 20 years in the multi-family management industry will serve the organization well as she endeavors to add value and contribute towards the growth of the company.
