We are pleased to announce, that on April 1^st, Blue Ocean assumed management of Oaklee Village and Leeds Avenue properties, consisting of nearly 400-units located in the Historic Loudon Park Neighborhood in Baltimore, MD.

Recognized for our local market expertise, Blue Ocean was selected by Kindred Properties to manage both multi-family complexes. This is our first partnership with Kindred Properties, and the partnership further expands our third-party management exposure.

Both properties are garden-style communities of a 1960 vintage.  The properties have great potential, and we are eager to employ a quality, cost-effective upgrade program to maximize the community’s appeal to current and future residents.

Oaklee Village and Leeds Avenue Apartments are garden-style properties with a private entrance located just minutes away from I-95 and I-695. The MARC train and UMBC shuttle line are also nearby and provide convenient access to the properties, as well as shopping and retail services. The proximity to the historic district of Catonsville, MD offers a bevy of local restaurant options, as well as St. Agnes Hospital, and educational institutions – including CCBC and UMBC.
