The MMHA 23rd Annual Star Awards were held on Thursday, October 10th. Known by some as “The Oscars of the Maryland Multi-Housing Industry”, these awards are held to honor excellence displayed by owner-manager members and their employees who work hard to make their properties the best in Maryland. Blue Ocean team members were in attendance, dressed to impress in the evening’s theme of the roaring 20s, to support the many nominations our residences and team members.
