Thursday, December 9th – DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore
Blue Ocean hosted a celebratory breakfast to recognize the partners, community leadership and government agencies that contributed to the successful revival of Aviation Station: 2800 & 3000 Eastern Boulevard in Middle River, Maryland.
The following leadership and agencies were instrumental in the redevelopment and procurement of economic incentives that made the project attractive to its new stewards, Reich Brothers, an industrial developer out of New York.
Blue Ocean President Jonathan Ehrenfeld spoke at the event, “The success of this project to date is owed to our partners. We want to recognize your tremendous impact, excellence in service, and partnership along the way. Aviation Station brought us all together. It was more than a property. With its rich history and stake in the community, I know we all wanted to see it come alive.”
