BALTIMORE, MD — Blue Ocean leaped from number 13 to number 10 on the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2015 list of largest residential property management companies in the Baltimore area. Over the past few years, Blue Ocean has steadily increased its position on the list as the company continues to grow. Blue Ocean experienced tremendous growth in 2015 adding several new assets to their portfolio, including The Greens of Forest Park, The Westwinds in Frederick, and their largest acquisition of the year, Milbrook Park Apartments – a 721 unit garden apartment community located in Pikesville, MD.
“One common theme among the properties that we acquired in 2015 is they all showed great potential to be more than what they were. We knew that given the right resources and strategy implementation they would provide significantly greater value to their residents as well as owners. It is because of this we aggressively pursued them. I am pleased to report thus far the properties have not disappointed,” reports Blue Ocean President Jonathan Ehrenfeld.
The Baltimore Business Journal (BBJ) publishes their lists ranking top companies in the Baltimore area within their respective fields. These lists offer essential information on the leading buyers, businesses and employers in over 60 of the United States’ most dynamic markets.
