Our Blue Ocean team is happy to give back by partnering with the local Maryland SPCA to provide help to shelter animals. We are honored to assist a great organization that makes such a lasting impact on the community!
The Maryland SPCA’s mission is to improve the lives of both pets and people. The adoption center finds homes for more than 3,500 needy and abandoned pets each year, while their Spay and Neuter Clinic performs approximately 7,000 surgeries each year. This makes them the leader in providing this crucial life-saving service! In addition, they also save animals from emergency situations, and bring in more than 1,400 animals from other shelters to help save more lives in the Baltimore area.
Blue Ocean had a great day with this incredible organization! About ten of our team members were at the shelter for over 2 hours, making cat toys, dog treats, and assembling dog collars. We also had the opportunity to walk around the shelter and meet dogs and cats who are currently up for adoption. Additionally, Blue Ocean made a generous donation to the SPCA to further help the organization continue to provide its rescue, adoption, and welfare services for animals in need.
We couldn’t be more grateful to lend a hand to our local SPCA. Here’s to another successful day of giving back to the community!
