We have a great team of dedicated employees who hold each of our communities up to the Blue Ocean standard. From our maintenance technicians to our property managers, our team strives to create a friendly, welcoming environment. Our main goal is to make sure that when you’re living at or visiting one of our properties, you feel right at home!
To recognize some of our most hard-working employees for their incredible work, we created a new Blue Ocean Brand Ambassador program – a program that serves to highlight team members who go above and beyond for our residents. To become a Blue Ocean Brand Ambassador, a valued team member must represent the company in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and by exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude.
For our first official Brand Ambassador, we’d like to recognize Lisa Martinez, a Maintenance Technician for Blue Ocean. Lisa has been with us for over a year now and is even a Blue Ocean property resident herself. Originally starting out as a resident, Lisa saw how friendly and welcoming our property staff were and wanted to become a part of the Blue Ocean family. According to Lisa, it’s the friendliness and enthusiasm of the community that make her job easy – she loves seeing how happy residents get about the work she completes around the property.
