Greenbelt, MD –  Blue Ocean recently completed a major clubhouse renovation for The Hanover Apartments in Greenbelt, MD.  This renovation included a significant interior and exterior upgrade of the resident clubhouse and leasing center. The $700,000 project included a sizeable reconfiguration of the 4,000-square-foot facility’s lobby, leasing center, resident business center, fitness facility and pool locker rooms.

“The project melded the traditional touch of an upscale clubhouse with modern features that make the space more inviting for current and future Hanover Residents,” said Blue Ocean’s Director of Asset Management, Jonathan Rutman.

The property now boasts upgraded community facilities that reflect the quality and aesthetic of our successful unit renovation program”. Our Resort-Style Pool and Full Body Exercise/Fitness Center with a Yoga Room are two of our amenities that are available to residents for their enjoyment along with our Barbecue/Picnic Area and Business Center.
