Every day our team shows tremendous dedication, drive and collaborative pursuit of success. Throughout the year, we take time to recognize their efforts, culminating with an end-of-year holiday celebration focused on team connections and good old-fashioned fun! 

This year, the Blue Ocean team came together at the new Top Golf Baltimore nestled in the redeveloped Warner Street Entertainment District. We took important time to kick back and celebrate the holidays with one another while enjoying delicious food, and of course, teeing off! We value the opportunity to support this new business and its impact on Baltimore where Blue Ocean got its start and built its portfolio for the first 17 years. Top Golf has an agreement with the Baltimore Development Corporation to complete improvements to the adjacent trail and park located behind its parking garage and along the Gwynns Falls Trail and Ridgely’s Cove. 

The positive culture of our team always takes center stage at Blue Ocean, and we love opportunities where we can rejuvenate and spend time with each other in meaningful ways

Top Golf wasn’t the end of our team festivities… We also celebrated National Ugly Sweater Day, and several team members took the opportunity to don their best (worst?) holiday sweaters. From the “Let’s get crackin’” top to a particularly festive cow, cheer was spread across the office in some peculiar ways.

The Blue Ocean team had a blast celebrating the season. As we wave goodbye to this year, we look forward to what 2023 brings!
