The Coppermine Pikesville facility operated within a 55,000 square foot fitness and racquet complex located at the DoubleTree property, where Blue Ocean partnered with Coppermine to reposition and enhance the space into a modern, multi-use health and wellness destination. Through a comprehensive renovation, the facility was upgraded to include a new fitness center, locker rooms, group fitness and yoga studios, lounge areas, and state-of-the-art cardio and training equipment, significantly elevating both functionality and user experience. During this period, the property functioned as an active, high-traffic amenity hub, offering racquet sports, fitness programming, and wellness services for both hotel guests and the surrounding community. Following its sale, Coppermine has since transitioned out of the location, with operations continuing under new management while the space remains a dedicated fitness and recreation facility.
