With heavy tourism from Lake Erie and portfolio owned international prep school and Athletics facilities, SPIRE Academy, minutes away, Willow Lake Campground offered an additional solution to the Geneva, Ohio housing and hospitality shortage. Acquired in early 2023, the team focused on creating a more attractive and profitable asset honoring the ethos of the founding family of Willow Lake. New and upgraded amenities, added sites that took advantage of the existing infrastructure, enhanced programming, all maximized value and economic impact. With a successful disposition in early 2026, the portfolio retains ownership of expansion land for future tiny home or workforce development.
